This year, the moment has come to, after the hard work of the team and the volunteers of the Green Balkans Rescue Centre the baby sector, we will part with our baby storks.

Despite the separation, this is a long-awaited moment for our team, in which we are happy to say goodbye to our feathered patients.

We love to share these moments of joy with friends, like-minded people, and volunteers. That is why, yesterday, the yard of the Centre was full of people who came to experience these fabulous moments together!

We thank the students of veterinary medicine from Trakia University, interns with us, and our irreplaceable assistants, as well as the volunteers who actively helped our team in the preparation of the event. It included examination, deworming, and marking of the birds.

And, for their temporary home, the abandoned substation near the dam of the Stara Zagora village of Opan will serve again, wherewith joint efforts, yesterday the birds were housed.
