A few days ago, a team from Green Balkans together with volunteers of the organisation came back from Turkey where they had taken part in the Raptor Migration Count 2019.

The activity, part of the Egyptian vulture New LIFE project (LIFE16 NAT/BG/000874), is aimed at counting the migrating Egyptian vultures, passing through the birdwatching spots near Sarimazi, Adana. For us it was a real pleasure to join our colleagues there, to gain more knowledge for the behavior of the migrating birds, and to enjoy the magnificent views of the flying above us Egyptian vultures!
