During the last week the Wildlife Rehabilitation and Breeding Centre team along with volunteers visited the “Summer forest adventure” - a camp for young and old alike.
During the camp hosted by our friends from the Morulei rest house, the participants had a chance to meet the Buzzard Misho and the Common Kestrel Vladko. The braver among them even helped in the release of 5 Common Kestrels and a Common Buzzard raised in the Rescue Centre.
The cheerful spirit never left our group, thanks to our friends, the French scouts volunteering at the Rescue Centre, who shared fun games and dances from their scout repertoire with the young Bulgarian campers.
We are extremely grateful to the “Summer forest adventure” organizers. Hopefully this will be the first of many joint events.
