Last week, the Green Balkans Rescue Center` team visited the children's camp organized by our friends from the Proto-Bulgarian School for Survival BagaTur.
The first part of our meeting with the young conservationists was held in the yard of the Green Balkans Rescue Center, where the children participated in a preventive examination of some of the birds from our visitor's area. In the role of young veterinarians, they helped our doctors in deworming the birds.
The second part of our visit was in the field, by the river in Maglizh, where we were with the Common Kestrel Vladko and the Saker falcon Romeo. There, in addition to taking pictures with them, the children learned about their fates, as well as how, we- the people, can help and not harm nature!
