The different vision of Green Balkans

For just two days this event traditional for Stara Zagora managed to bring together hundreds of people for with a different and unconventional way of thinking and living .

On the first day of the festival, visitors of the booth were able to join in our workshops and create houses for birds with their own hands. Thus, under the watchful eye and guidance of volunteers of Green Balkans in minutes from the hands of visitors appeared dozens of new homes for our feathered friends .

At the other end of the workshop the children themselves worked out models of Lesser Kestrels as they got acquainted with these birds and the work connected with their return to Bulgarian nature in the project , Greater chance for the Lesser Kestrel (Falco naumanni) in Bulgaria "LIFE11 NAT/BG/360, implemented by green Balkans.

This year our team had prepared a charity bazar for the friends of Green Balkans. There visitors could admire the colourful souvenirs made by the hands of our friends, volunteers and supporters across the country.

And for a small donation, anyone could become a proud owner of one of the wonderful creations. So at the end of the second day of the festival we had collected over 350 leva , which will be used for the environmental activities of Green Balkans.
