The Green ideas of Green Balkans participated in Uzana Fest
Mar 19, 2020
The Festival was an exhibition of unique initiatives, innovations and already realized amazing ideas in the field of sustainable development in Bulgaria. All those are financed by the Small Grants Programme of the Global Environmental Facility. Two Common Kestrels, released by the hands of the official guests of the event – the Minister of Environment and Waters – Mrs. Nona Karadzhova and the Minister of EU funds management – Mr. Tomislav Donchev, symbolically presented our “Green Ideas for Green Actions” to the guests of festival. For the more curious ones, we had prepared additional brochures and posters. We were pleased to chat with the numerous visitors of our stand, and were even more pleased to meet in person our adopters and the people, who have helped with the rescue of wild animals of distress, successfully transported to the Rescue Centre.
