Reconstruction of the vulture cages in the Wildlife rehabilitation and breeding center

12.11.2016
The hard work on the reconstruction of the vulture cages in the Wildlife rehabilitation and breeding center is in progress. The reconstructed facilities will be used for temporary accommodation of Griffon and Black vultures before their release into their natural environment. The good accommodation base is significant for the successful rehabilitation, recovery and adaptation of the birds and that’s why the Green Balkans team exerts constant efforts to improve the conditions for raring birds.

Currently, we can proudly announce that the Wildlife rehabilitation and breeding center has one of the best bases on the Balkan peninsular and in Europe but the enormous amount of work that we fulfill faces us with the challenge to find new financial resources and to build more and more new cages.
You can also support the Wildlife rehabilitation and breeding center by sending a charity DMS 17 777 with text DMS OREL.

If you would like to support our efforts for the return of the vultures you can make aimed donation for the campaign.
