The second “Training of young environmentalists”, which was organized by the Wildlife Rehabilitation and Breeding Centre – Green Balkans, has concluded on the 7 August.
During seven consecutive days, the participants in it could take part in several adventures.
We began with a tour in the Centre, saw a number of presentations about different green subjects, took part of preparing and freeing white storks, nocturnal and diurnal birds of prey and hedgehogs, visited the zoo in Stara Zagora, learned about the field work Green Balkans do, slept over in tents on the shore of dam Koprinka, had a camp fire, observed water birds and of course we finished with handing out certificates to all participants.
We are happy, that the initiative was attended by 10 motivated, knowledgeable and wishing to learn a lot more about nature and environmentalism young people. We thank you for your trust in us!
