Hundreds of young nature-lovers visited the Rescue Centre

In the height of the breeding season for the birds of the Rescue Centre one of our most important goals  - our educational activities - was kind of left unnoticed.

With the weather improving, the yard of the visitors corner of the Rescue Centre is often crowded with hundreds of children.

They now only get to know the permanent inhabitants of the visitors corner and learn their sad faith, but also have the chance to peep into the homes of our Saker Falcons, Lesser Kestrels and Owls through a special screen installed for the visitors. After that they get to look around the yard and get to meet Gruyo the shot White Pelican, Martona, the Eagle removed from her nest and Chernata Perla - the Black Vulture with an injured foot.

One of the most favored is Misho the Common Buzzard, Luly the Tawny Own and Wilma the Falcon, all of them greeting our young visitors.
