For several days now, there have been two eggs in the Imperial Eagle's nest at the Green Balkans Rescue Centre.
So, this year the birds will try to breed their generation. Although, for our team, this is highly unlikely, since we have not observed copulation. Of course, we could have missed it, but if so, they were more of a single occurrence. However, we have the hope that this year the couple will have hatchlings!
We remind you that for several years now, there were eggs in the Imperial Eagles nest, which unfortunately always turn out to be unfertilized! Probably the problem is in the male bird, which is over 20 years old, and at the end of its breeding capacity.
But, true to the sentiment that hope dies last, this year we hope for a miracle and in no time we will have exciting news for you!
