Today the 'Reintroduction of the Saker Falcon in Bulgaria' project field team placed the first for this project artificial nest.

The nest was made by the design of our foreign colleagues. It is part of the activities aimed at creating better nesting conditions for the Saker Falcons in wildlife.

A tree in the adaptation aviaries area for releasing young Saker Falcons hatched in the Green Balkans Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre was chosen.

This is the first of many activities for placing artificial nests that are planned in the five years of the project for bringing back this rare bird.
