A team of the Green Balkans "Egyptian Vulture New LIFE" project, together with experts from the Rusenski Lom Nature Park, fed the only pair of the species in the park's area.
This happened days ago when our team visited the site and together with the park staff monitored the habitats of the species in the area.
According to our observations, at the time of feeding only the female bird was in the area of the nest.
One of the usual sights in the park decades ago, now, as in the whole country, this bird is on the verge of extinction, and now there is only one pair.
Feeding in the area of the pair's nest is important! Carried out regularly, it will contribute to the greater security of the bird family in raising its future generations!
