Our team participated in two out of the four days of AGRA International Agricultural Exhibition, during which visitors and residents of the city had the opportunity to explore all sectors of agriculture – science, machinery, technology, innovation, and services in the agricultural business.
Our participation was made possible thanks to our partnership with Trakia University – Stara Zagora.
During the two days, we presented the work of the Wildlife Rehabilitation and Breeding Centre of Green Balkans and some of the projects we are involved in, one of which being the “LIFE for Falcons” project. Green Balkans is a partner in this initiative which aims to support the fragile population of the Saker Falcon in Bulgaria.
Faithful assistants in our interactions with visitors at AGRA were the tireless student volunteers from Trakia University – Stara Zagora, as well as Harry the Buzzard and Blaga the Little Owl – two of the permanent residents of the Wildlife Rescue Centre.
